On 02/26/2010 an officer was on patrol when he observed suspicious activity in Lot 46. The officer identified a male who was under the age of 21. The officer found the male to be in possession of alcoholic beverages. There is one s spect.
On 02/25/2010 officers responded to a disturbance at Hall 16. Upon arrival the officers observed a combative male who was later arrested for resisting arrest, search or transportation. The male was transported to the Nacogdoches County Law Enforcement Center. There is one suspect.
On 02/25/2010 an officer was dispatched to the SFA Steen Library in reference to theft. The officer made contact with the complainant, who stated that on 02/25/2010 at approximatel 6 p.m. someone stole her wallet from the Steen Library and later used her credit card without consent. There are no suspects.
On 02/25/2010 an officer was dispatched to Lot 44 in reference to criminal mischief. The officer made contact with the complainant, who stated that between the dates of 02/22/2010 and 02/25/2010 someone damaged a door on her vehicle when it was parked in Lot 44. There are no suspects.
On 02/25/2010 an officer was dispatched to the University Woods Apartments in reference to theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who stated that sometime between 02/23/2010 and 02/25/2010 money was removed from her room. There is one person of interest.
On 2-25-2010 an officer was dispatched to Lumberjack Village in reference to sexual assault. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 2-25-2010 she was sexually assaulted by known persons. This incident is currently under investigation by the University Police. There are three suspects.
On 2-24-2010 an officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to assault. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 2-24-2-10 she was assaulted by a known subject at Steen Hall. There is one suspect.
On 2-24-2-10 an officer received information that two students were possibly in possession of marijuana. The officer made contact with two students and located one of them to be in possession of marijuana in lot 45. There is one suspect.
On 2-24-2010 an officer observed a subject driving a vehicle on North Street that the officer knew had warrants for his arrest. The officer made contact with the subject and located the subject to be in possession of marijuana, fraudulent use or possession of identity information, outstanding warrants and driving while licenses invalid. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
