On 2-5-2010 an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for reckless driving in the Aikman Parking Garage. The officer found the driver of the vehicle to be intoxicated. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident.
On 2-3-2010 an officer was dispatched to Hall 20 in reference to a drug complaint. Upon arrival, the officer located two subjects in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance inside their residence at Hall 20. There are two suspects.
On 2-2-2010 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to credit card abuse. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 1-19-2010 a known person used his credit card without his permission. There is one suspect.
On 2-2-2010 an officer was dispatched to Griffith Boulevard in reference to criminal mischief. The complainant advised between 1-30-2010 and 2-1-2010 her unattended vehicle was damaged in lot 29. There are no suspects.
On 2-1-2010 an officer was dispatched to Lumberjack Village in reference to a 911 call. Upon arrival ,the officer discovered that two people had assaulted each other at Lumberjack Village. There are two suspects.
On 2-1-2010 an officer was contacted by a complainant at UPD in reference to credit card abuse. The complainant advised between 1-29-2010 and 1-30-2010 her credit card was used without her permission. There are two suspects.
On 2-1-2010 an officer was contacted by a complainant in reference to indecent exposure. The complainant advised on 1-25-2010 he observed a subject exposing himself in a sexual manner in lot 8. There is one suspect.
On 2-1-2010 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to a hit-and-run. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 1-21-2010 his unattended vehicle was damaged in lot 18. There are no suspects.
