On 10-20-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to a hit-and-run. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-13-2009 her unattended vehicle was damaged while parked on Wilson Drive. There are no suspects.

On 10-20-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to a hit-and-run. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-20-2009 her unattended vehicle was damaged while parked on Raguet Street. There are no suspects.

On 10-20-2009 an officer observed a subject asleep in a vehicle in Wilson Drive. The officer made contact with the subject and discovered him to be intoxicated, in possession of marijuana and in possession of a dangerous drug. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 10-20-2009 an officer was dispatched to lot 20 in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 10-18-2009 and 10-20-2009 an unknown person(s) damaged the driver side lock on his vehicle in lot 20. There are no suspects.

On 10-20-2009 an officer observed a vehicle in the Aikman Parking Garage driving erratically. The officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and discovered the driver to be intoxicated. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 10-19-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to burglary of a motor vehicle. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-19-2009 his vehicle keys were lost or stolen at the Student Recreation Center or the Intramural Fields and items were stolen from his vehicle on Wilson Drive. There are no suspects.

On 10-18-2009 an officer was dispatched to the East Tower of Steen Hall in reference to a possible fire. Upon arrival, the officer discovered that a piece of paper on the bulletin board had been burnt. There are no suspects.

On 10-18-2009 an officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on an unknown date the elevator call button had been damaged. There are no suspects.

On 10-17-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to theft. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-17 2009 her unattended make-up bag was stolen from Steen Library. There are no suspects.

On 10-16-2009 an officer was contacted in lot 5 in reference to criminal mischief. The complainant stated that between 10-11-2009 and 10-16-2009 a known person poured cereal on her vehicle in lot 20. There is one suspect.

On 10-19-2009 an officer was dispatched to Lot 23 in reference to a hit-and-run. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-19-2009 a
