On 10-6-2009 an officer was dispatched to the area of East College Cafeteria in reference to a fight in progress. Upon arrival officers observed two subjects fighting and observed one of the subjects flee the area on foot. The subject was located and arrested for Evading Arrest or Detention and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There are two suspects.
On 10-6-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Harassment. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-6-2009 she received numerous threatening messages from two known subjects on her cellular telephone while at Kerr Hall. There are two suspects.
On 10-6-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-6-2009 his vehicle's window was damaged in lot 47.
On 10-5-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to disorderly conduct. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 10-5-2009 a known person made an offensive hand gesture to her in lot 45. The complainant also advised that the known person was violating a court order. There is one suspect.
On 10-5-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 10-2-2009 and 10-3-2009 her secure bicycle was stolen from the bicycle rack at Steen Library. There are no suspects.
On 10-5-2009 an officer was dispatched to Hall 14 in reference to a drug complainant. Upon arrival the officer discovered a subject to be in possession of marihuana, drug paraphernalia and alcohol inside a residence at Hall 14. There is one suspect.
On 10-4-2009 an officer was contacted by the Nacogdoches Police Department in reference to theft. The officer made contact with an NPD officer who located an Aramark Golf cart off campus. There are no suspects.
On 10-4-2009 an officer located a stop sign that had been damaged by a vehicle at the intersection of Griffith Boulevard and Clark Street. There are no suspects.
On 10-3-2009 an officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to a drug complainant. Upon arrival the officer located two subjects inside a residence at Hall 16 in possession of drug paraphernalia. There are two suspects.
On 10-2-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on between 10-1-2009 and 10-2-2009 his vehicle was damaged in lot 42. There are no suspects.
