On 5-5-2009 an officer was dispatched to Steen Hall. The officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 5-5-2009 she was assaulted by offensive contact by an unknown person at Steen Hall. The complainant stated she did not wish to pursue criminal charges. There are no suspects.
On 5-5-2009 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 5-3-2009 and 5-5-2009 gasoline was siphoned from her vehicle while unattended in lot 46. There are no suspects.
On 4-23-2009 a UPD detective was conducting an investigation in reference to burglary of a habitation where numerous items were stolen. The detective discovered that four subjects attempted to pawn the stolen property at a pawn shop in Nacogdoches. There are four suspects.
On 5-5-2009 an officer was dispatched to the Austin Building in reference to theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant who advised between 5-3-2009 and 5-5-2009 a laptop was taken from his secure office in the Austin building. There are no suspects.
On 5-4-2009 at approximately 8:00 a.m. a UPD Officer was on patrol at Griffith and Clark Boulevard when he noticed that a large flower pot belonging to SFASU had been damaged. The officer had reason to believe that a vehicle struck the property and that the driver failed to report the damage. There are no suspects.
