On 11-23-2008 an officer was dispatched to Kerr Hall in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between the dates of 11-20-2008 and 11-23-2008 decorations on their residence door had been damaged in Kerr Hall. There are two suspects.

On 11-23-2008 an officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival the officer discovered a subject that was involved in the disturbance had been issued a Criminal Trespass warning from SFA's campus. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 11-23-2008 an officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival the officer discovered the water fountain in the third floor hallway of Hall 16 had been torn off the wall. There are no suspects.

On 11-22-2008 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to harassment. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised a known subject has sent her numerous unwanted text messages and has called her cell phone numerous times. There is one suspect.

On 11-21-2008 an officer observed a suspicious male walking on East College Street. The officer made contact with the subject and discovered the subject to be intoxicated. The subject was arrest and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 11-21-2008 an officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between the dates of 11-19-2008 and 11-21-2008 an unknown subject removed money from his dining dollars account. There are no suspects.
