On 9-29-2008 an officer was dispatched to North Hall in reference to assault. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant who advised on 9-29-2008 a known subject threatened her with bodily injury in North hall. There is one suspect.

On 9-29-2008 an officer was dispatched to lot 42 east in reference to hit and run. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant who advised on 9-29-2008 a vehicle struck her vehicle in lot 42 east and left the scene. There are no suspects.

On 9-30-2008 an officer was dispatched to Lumberjack Lodge in reference to marijuana usage. Upon arrival the officer made contact with a subject who was found to be in possession of what the officer believed to be marijuana. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There are two suspects.

On 9-30-2008 an officer was dispatched to Steen Library in reference to criminal mischief. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant who stated a sign on first floor of the library had been damaged. There are no suspects.

On 9-30-3008 an officer was dispatched to Hall 10 in reference to harassment. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 9-30-2008 a known subject has been sending her threatening text messages. There is one suspect.

On 9-30-2008 an Officer was dispatched to Kerr hall in reference to a subject that was not allowed in the building. Upon arrival the Officer located the subject who did not cooperate with officers. The subject was placed under arrest for resisting arrest and failure to identify. The subject was transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail. There is one suspect.

On 9-30-2008 an officer was dispatched to Mays hall in reference to burglary of a habitation. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant who advised between the dates of 9-28-2008 and 9-29-2008 his iPod was stolen from his unsecure room in Mays hall. There are no suspects.

On 9-30-3008 an officer was dispatched to lot 20 in reference to a hit and run. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 9-26-2008 she parked her vehicle in lot 20. Upon returning on 9-30-2008 she discovered her vehicle had been damaged by another vehicle. There are no suspects.

On 9-30-2008 an officer was on patrol when he was contacted by a person in reference to criminal mischief in lot 46. The officer discovered a vehicle in lot 46 had the rear window broken. The officer made contact with the owner of the vehicle who stated she had parked the vehicle in lot 46 on 9-29-2008; the owner did not find any items stolen from the vehicle. There are no suspects.
