On 04/11/2008 an officer was dispatched to the Music Building in reference to theft. The officer contacted the complainant, who stated that sometime between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on 04/11/2008 someone had removed a Dell laptop computer from his unsecured fi st floor office in the Music Building. There are no suspects.
On 04/11/2008 an officer was dispatched to the second floor of the Student Center in reference to theft. The officer contacted the complainant, who stated that sometime between 8:15 p.m. and 8:35 p.m. on 04/11/2008 an unattended portable stereo was taken from outside the President's Suite on the second floor of the Student Center. There are no suspects.
On 04/11/2008 an officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to criminal mischief. The officer contacted the complainant, who stated that the exit signs on the first and second floors in the West Tower had been broken. The complainant further advised that she did not know when the signs were broken. There are no suspects.
On 04/12/2008 officers were dispatched to Lumberjack Village in reference to a noise complaint in building number three on the first floor. The officers contacted the complainant, who advised the officers that she had observed approximately ten people exit from the window. The officers contacted the resident of this room and found that he was in possession of several cans of alcohol and could detect a burnt odor of what the officers believed to be marijuana.
On 04/12/2008 an officer was dispatched to the UPD Lobby in reference to a report of a burglary of a habitation. The officer contacted the complainant, who stated that on 04/10/2008 between 3:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. he had left his room unsecured on the fourth floor of Hall 14 while he was in the shower. The complainant further advised that on 04/11/2008 he noticed that several textbooks had been removed from his room. There are no suspects.
On 04/12/2008 an officer was dispatched to the UPD Lobby in reference to a report of burglary of a habitation. The officer contacted the complainant, who stated that over a two month period she had noticed that three items had been removed from her room at Kerr Hall between 02/12/2008 and 04/12/2008. The complainant further advised that she does secure her room. There are no suspects.
